3. Booking, Estimates, and Payments

• Bookings: Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
• Estimates: Written or electronic estimates are provided where applicable and may change if additional work is requested or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
• Payments: Payment is due as specified at booking or upon service completion. We accept payment methods listed on our site. Payment processors may collect certain payment information in accordance with their terms.
• Deposits: For some services, a deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits are applied to the final invoice and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as outlined in these Terms.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Customers should provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or forfeiture of deposits. Specific cancellation fees or timelines will be disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Remove personal items from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in vehicles.
• Provide accurate vehicle information and point out pre-existing damage before services begin.
• Provide safe access and any necessary permissions for mobile services at your location.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our site or services for unlawful purposes or to engage in conduct that interferes with our operations, including providing false information, attempting to access restricted systems, or harassing staff.

7. Intellectual Property
